How would u say "square feet" like 3,456 sq. ft bleh bleh or deposit is not neccisary!

How about: We have a very beautiful gym, so you can lose weight. Plus you don't need to worry about the equipments because we clean them everyday!!!!

How do you say this in Spanish?

I need to know how to say these two sentences in Spanish (I have to describe a beach towel without using the word for it):

1.) You use it at the beach or swimming pool.

2.) You use it to dry off when you get out of the water.

I'm not sure if this is right, but for the first one I wrote: Usar a la playa o la piscina.

(If that's not right, then I need to know the correct way to say it).

And I have no idea about the second one.
