i bought a swimsuit from old navy, and i HATE it;;;?

katiechaos

it was amazing in the fitting room, and walking to the pool.
once i got in the water, it sucked.

the bottoms were falling off, and they were sagging.
my top kept on coming off, going up, and made my boobs pop out.

i tried tightening the top, and nothing seemed to work.

is there anything i can do about this?

Answer
I know that an employee of Old Navy already replied that they would not return the suit because it is unsanitary...but I've worked in retail for many many years and this isn't true.

It is unsanitary for the store to re-sell your worn bathing suit, but because this seems like a quality issue, the manager should accept your return or at least give you store credit. (They will have to damage out the suit, but big chains like this absorb that cost with no problem at all)

If you are a teenager or younger, try having a parent come with you to speak to the manager about this. Even if you don't have the receipt or anything, ask to speak to the manager and make a fuss about the quality of the garment. If they refuse request a corporate customer service number to complain.

I'm tired of retail chains giving horrible customer service, especially when they make poor-quality clothes.

Are Old Navy swimsuits durable?

My friend said Limited Too Swimsuits aren't durable and fall apart. What about Old Navy??
