Unless they are made to measure, they normally come in Small, Medium, Large and Extra-Large and you have to check with the company's size chart which of those options matches your height. A speed suit and tri suit are pretty much the same thing. Yes you can wear them through the entire competition. Most suits of any kind do need to meet requirements set forth by the usat. You would need to check with the the manufacture of the suit and then verify with usat. The speed suit / triathlon suits are usually not as much as a concern as the wet suits are as far as being aproved. Wet suits are permitted depending on water temperatures but they are only work for the swim potion of the Tri.

What workouts do you do?

Q. I need more tough workouts to do in the gym because my muscles are getting use to the same workout routines. I usually do squats, benchpress, bicep curls, leg press, and deadlifts. I just need to know what other workouts i can do to get bigger and stronger.

and i do pullups (4-8 sets depending on how much weight i'm adding to my body) either after workout #1 or #2, depending on if i feel my arms have recovered. usually do it twice a week while i do these two workouts three times a week.

i make sure that if i complete my sets that i put the weight up on the lift by 5 pounds. that way you don't get "use to the same workout". it's not about doing different workout routines it's all about increasing the resistance/weight/intensity.

CHEST: Incline barbell press 3sets/12 reps each, Incline dumbbell flyes, 3 sets/12 reps@, or Flat bench dumbbell presses and flat bench dumbbell flyes 3 sets/12 reps@ or Decline bench barbell press 3 sets/12 reps@ and decline dumbbell flyes (same amount)
BACK: Barbell row, T-bar tow, double dumbbell bent-over row, stiff-legged deadlift - 3 sets/12 reps@
SHOULDERS: Barbell military press, dumbbell press, Dumbbell front raises/ side raises and bent-over raises - 3 sets/12 reps@

We like the least amount of fabric when we run especially in the hotter days! :) Running shorts are shorter than regular shorts & even men's shorts are short but these days I can't find short running shorts for men unless I go to a specialty running store. Maybe try something like that. I don't have very big breasts either, and swimsuits like that really work for girls with smaller breasts. Even something that just pulls up and ties around your neck so you can push up your breasts and make a little cleavage. That strapless almost looks like it's pushing your breasts down and making them flatter.

If you really want to look curvaceous, there's even push up and padded swimsuits, but I don't really think you need to go that far!

go to the fabric store... u can ask a sales person and they can show you all of the different swimsuit fabric they have... they have some preety CUTE fabrics... i made a 2 piece... omg! it was SOOOOO cute... it had ties, and it had thin straps... you can "fiddle with it" until you like the design... oh... and get enough that you can make extra parts, etc. if something breaks on it... good luck!

no they cant.

this is like saying why cant guys swim in their boxers.

it is because the material that makes up bikinis is water resistant. panties and bras soak up the water and make it extremely hard to swim in.

think about it this way, would you swim with a tee shirt or with no tee shirt. The tee shirt would make it hard to swim, wouldnt it? because it would hold the water and weigh you down.

it is also extremely uncomfortable. swimming in a bra = not too much fun.

why dont you try it one day and then ask the same question?

Hi and please don't use gold body paint. There was a James Bond girl who did the movie poster for the movie who was painted with gold body paint and she died after using it. I read the obituary so this is not a fake story.If you do want to be an academy award , wear more gold clothing and keep the gold body paint to a minimum. Maybe try to find a gold body suit! Or, try to think of another costume to wear. Peace out!

Need some help (Swimwear)?

Okay, I need a new swim-suit, but I'm not too sure on what to look for.
Here's some things you should know:

- I'm pretty small, so a small junior's size fits best with me.

- I'd like something that's like a bikini, only not too showy. Like a Tankini/Halterkini with MAYBE boy shorts.

- I prefer some dark colors. Navy blue. I realize that some of you might say that "Dark colors will make me look smaller than I already am" but I think I can deal with that. =]

- I need to be able to find it in a store in a very small town. Just somewhere like Dillards, Kohl's, Sears, etc. So not too fancy so I'll have to travel out of town to shop.


I need to know what I should be looking for, and where I could possibly look. =]

Well....considering I can GET my butt out of bed to do a morning cardio workout *LOL* I usually don't eat anything before because I've read from numerous places that you can burn more fat that way....

IMO, I'd pick a wholesome (meaning whole grain and high fiber)hot cereal...(my favorite...if you can find it is called "cream of the west"). I'd probably accompany that with a generous cup of yogurt (naturally sweetened w/moderate amt. of fat content...If you can find "greek-style yogurt" at your store you hit the jackpot!! You couldn't find a better tasting, nutritious yogurt than Greek!!) For cold cereal, I'd pick "Kashi Go Lean crunch" or "Optimum Slim". A little trick if you choose cold cereal...Eat it with yogurt instead...For reasons I can't explain, it's got more staying power than milk.

Perhaps some "jambi toast" an old childhood recipe of mine....Toast some bread (optimally something whole grain, high fiber and corn syrup-free). Spread a heaping spoonful of peanut butter and top with REAL MAPLE syrup (NOT PANCAKE SYRUP. BIG DIFFERENCE!!! Pancake syrup is really maple-flavored corn syrup and corn syrup WREAKS absolute HAVOK on your blood sugar/metabolism)

One thing I took before workouts once was this supplement called "Ready 4 war" by this company called...Diesel?? No, it was "Get Diesel". Man, you'll not only work like you got on rocket boosters, you'll kick absolute butt (mostly your own *LOL*)!! It turned up my cardio full throttle...but it's too expensive (for me anyway) so I discontinued taking it (besides, it won't win any taste contests, either). But I tell you what, man, if I'd still have continued taking it I'd totally be WONDER WOMAN by now *LOL*!!!

I would wait until you are better known or it is going to limit the roles they can cast you on. A producer will pay for 2 hours of makeup for a big star like Angelia Jolie to have her tattoos covered up for a role. For an unknown, they are just going to look for someone without tattoos where the makeup team doesn't need to spend extra hours trying to cover it up. What happens if they are casting some "clean cut" character that has a beach scene where you'll be in a swimsuit. Once they see the tattoos, that role will go to someone else even if you were the better actor as they won't want to waste the resources of the makeup team in addition to any extra editing required in post production to even out your skintone.

Actor. It's the most challenging of the three. One can be an actor almost until they wheel one to the morgue.

Badminton player would be second in the lineup. It emphasizes physical fitness and agility and can also be done for a lifetime.

Supermodels are emaciated and *young.* The exceptions--Christie Brinkley, Lauren Hutton, Andie MacDowell, Cheryl Tiegs, Kathy Ireland--weren't known as runway models; swimsuits, cosmetics, fashion were their forte. And you know about them because they *are* exceptions to the rule that the career ends when adulthood begins.

However, I would choose a career because I loved it and because it made a difference in the world, not because of the pay or the name recognition.
