Can a guy look sexy in a girls swimsuit?

I was out in my back yard and I heard my next door neighbour. So I decided to look over the fence and say "Hi". To my surprise he was wearing a girls swimsuit. It was a one piece plain black. We got talking about it and he was really comfortable to stand there with me looking at him. He's not gay, he's been married for twenty years.

I dunno about sexy (men don't do much for me, really), but the "one-piece" look for guys has been around a very long time. Check out the old Coney Island beach shots from the 1920s ... bunch of guys in what today would be considered swimsuits for grannies. And collegiate wrestlers (not the Hulk Hogan clown college, I mean the Olympic sport) wear a garment that resembles a one-piece swimsuit.
Your neighbor may be weird, but he may just be trying to make a fashion statement.

I have been trying to find a bathing suit that is for teens that is like for a top like a t-shirt kind of thing swimsuit, with shorts for the bottoms but its like a suimsuit. Hear are exammples of the tops Im talking about but I cant seem to find swim SHORTS like shorts to go with it:
