This is YAHOO, it's a World Wide Web and many of us have not even bought anything or work @ department stores and ask if they sell Venus Swimwear.

Buying swimwear is like buying a bra. Best answer is not to buy them online, but get a fitting @ stores in your area. JCPenney, Sears, Macy's, Victoria Secret.

If boobs are peeking out, the cups too small, find a different cup, and not all 32Cs one size fits all.

There are style of bras, that just sits there like a suit of armor, but good fitting bras you don't even know they're there! They fits like a glove, lifts, & separates, and gives you fullness and your figure looks good, your dress looks better on you.

You may have to spend a little bit more to find that perfect FIT. You just can't guess, specially buying online and paying for Paypal. I got screwed once, it took 3years for my credit, but I did all the legwork. I was also part of a class action lawsuit.

If you can't stick 2 fingers between your skin & your bra band, it is too tight!

I have swimsuits from both. Venus is nice, but Victoria's Secret carries more sizes, such as in the tops. The clothing from Venus is not as nice or high quality as VS. I also like VS becasue they carry pants in long lengths. (Short too, if you are).

k so i do cheerleading and i get all the time that people think its not a sport so let me know what you think!

Collegiate cheerleading is hardest sport EVER. I should know because I compete in it.

I'm going to be completely honest with you and everything I am about to say is no lie. It's the harderst sport that you could ever participate in. I should know, because I belong to one of the most respected cheerleading squads in the nation. Take a look at this video, first:

That is a video of my team. Now, does that look easy? No, it is most definitely not. Cheerleading is really hard because you have to have the skills of a gymnast, the muscles of any athlete, the endurance of a runner, the flexibility of a contortionist and the drive of a 4X4 Jeep.

Doing a round off, back handspring arabian, through to a full is not easy and took me well over a year to get down. Once I thought I had the tumbling down, I had to work on STUNTING and BASKET TOSSES, which are extremely dangerous! Partner stunting is probably the hardest because you have to stay stiff, keep your balance AND hold up your own weight. A lot of people think the guy is doing the most work when he is NOT. When doing a simple backhandspring full-up to a heel stretch, yes this is considered simple (on my level of cheer), you have to line up with the guy, make sure you're stiff enough so that you can make it around int he rotation and work on that flexibility to nail the heel stretch!

Basket Tosses are the fun, yet still hard part about cheerleading. Doing double fulls int he air are really scary but fun once you get them, because you never know if your team mates are going to cath you or not, but thanks to the skill, you should have nothing to worry about. I remember when my coach asked me if I was up for learning a pike open full. REALLY HARD MOVE TO DO.

You know how long it took me to get that down? THREE WHOLE MONTHS, and I STILL sometimes don't get the full rotation down; cheerleading IS hard and anyone who thinks otherwise needs to come to my gym for a couple of days.

Yeah, gymnasts are flipping on a beam but what about us, huh? We're doing rewinds into ONE HAND, which is thinner than a beam. We're up WAY higher than any gymnast will ever get.

Pyramids are not easy, either! Ugh, it's just too much to type for me to explain. If you're in it, you know it's hard, if you don't, you have to SEE or at least try to do a move that.

In a dictionary you may find the word "sport" defined as a "physical activity that is governed by a set of rules or customs and often engaged in competitively." It is the last part of the definition "engaged in competitively" that makes considering cheerleading a sport difficult. According to the Women's Sports Foundation the following criteria has to be met to be considered a sport:

-A physical activity which involves propelling a mass through space or overcoming the resistance of a mass
-A contest or competition against or with an opponent
Is governed by rules which explicitly define the time, space and purpose of the contest and the conditions under which a winner is declared
-The acknowledged primary purpose of the competition is a comparison of the relative skills of the participants

We have all heard the opinion that cheerleading is not a sport. The fact that we don't tackle our opponents to the ground for a ball does NOT mean that we are not athletes. We work just as hard as "real athletes" work. Our practices are just as intense and our competitions are even more intense then a basketball or football game. Our sport, unlike most, is not a selfish one. Part of being on a cheerleading squad is appreciating and cheering on our fellow athletes. The same athletes that insult OUR sport. What is it that qualifies an activity to be a sport? Is it the ball? No, wrestling is a sport and it doesn't contain a ball. Is it the sweat? Can't be the sweat, cheerleaders sweat just as much (but we hide it well!) Is it the practice? Nope, our practices are more intense than many other sports' practices. The audience? No, can't be that either, audiences at competitions out number those at many ball games! So WHAT is it?! Cheerleading takes just as much dedication and skill as any other sport, sometimes it takes more. The problem is that other athletes have no idea what it takes to be a cheerleader. We make it look so easy. We fly through the air with grace, we catch our teammates as though they are feathers floating from the sky. We throw tumbling passes that most people could barley dream of. They don't understand the technique and time it takes to master such skills. To us, cheerleading is not a game, like football or basketball, cheerleading is a way of LIFE. Cheerleading, more than any other sort, teaches important skills such as cooperating. Let's face it, if a cheerleading squad can't cooperate, stunts can't hit and people get hurt. Other sports ENCOURAGE team cooperation, and they may lose a game if they fail to cooperate;. but overall, no one gets hurt. What does a "sport" have that we don't? We practice, compete, have rules, go through training, sweat, fall, get hurt, and dedicate our lives to cheerleading...there is NO REASON why cheerleading should not be considered a sport.

Normally, I would be classified as wholesome looking. I have a cute looking face {so I've been told}, wear light makeup, and wear cute but generally conservative clothing. Every once in awhile, though, I'll wear a mini skirt or a v-neck top, and now I'm breaking out the sun-dresses. Guys seem to get confused whenever I dress like this. Why is that?

maybe you don't look the type of clothes you wear. Not trying to be sound offensive but just for a fyi, if you didn't know, some clothes just don't match certain people. As a result u should try different clothes on until the look in their eyes seem to become surprised and stare at u more than usual =) (not a creepy stare though)

You can if you want to. But the Eleven and Twelve year olds shouldn't participate due to the age differences. There are too young to "expose there bodies" in that kind of matter. But if they want to participate then go right ahead.

Well....considering I can GET my butt out of bed to do a morning cardio workout *LOL* I usually don't eat anything before because I've read from numerous places that you can burn more fat that way....

IMO, I'd pick a wholesome (meaning whole grain and high fiber)hot cereal...(my favorite...if you can find it is called "cream of the west"). I'd probably accompany that with a generous cup of yogurt (naturally sweetened w/moderate amt. of fat content...If you can find "greek-style yogurt" at your store you hit the jackpot!! You couldn't find a better tasting, nutritious yogurt than Greek!!) For cold cereal, I'd pick "Kashi Go Lean crunch" or "Optimum Slim". A little trick if you choose cold cereal...Eat it with yogurt instead...For reasons I can't explain, it's got more staying power than milk.

Perhaps some "jambi toast" an old childhood recipe of mine....Toast some bread (optimally something whole grain, high fiber and corn syrup-free). Spread a heaping spoonful of peanut butter and top with REAL MAPLE syrup (NOT PANCAKE SYRUP. BIG DIFFERENCE!!! Pancake syrup is really maple-flavored corn syrup and corn syrup WREAKS absolute HAVOK on your blood sugar/metabolism)

One thing I took before workouts once was this supplement called "Ready 4 war" by this company called...Diesel?? No, it was "Get Diesel". Man, you'll not only work like you got on rocket boosters, you'll kick absolute butt (mostly your own *LOL*)!! It turned up my cardio full throttle...but it's too expensive (for me anyway) so I discontinued taking it (besides, it won't win any taste contests, either). But I tell you what, man, if I'd still have continued taking it I'd totally be WONDER WOMAN by now *LOL*!!!

If Sports Illustrated was a religious magazine, then the question would be valid. As it is, you are talking about mixing a secular (non-religious) concept into a religion that is protective of its women.

That doesn't work for me and so the answer, I would think, would be . . .

There are people who may have Islamic ties or live in Islamic countries who have no problems with secularistic magazines and issues like the SI Swimsuit edition.

But, like the faithfully strict of any religion, the faithful Muslim ignores such issues and considers it degrading to women.

These thoughts are from a Non-Muslim and as such, I may not know what I'm talking about.

I am looking for information on where to find, or possibly a link on the web as where to buy a Sports Illustrated back issue.

The one I am looking for is specific. This issue was a special Sports Illustrated Issue, dedicated to the Cleveland Browns only. I cant remember the year.. it had to be around 2000 or so. I lost it and have been unable to find another since. It talked about the organizations history and stated that the fan club of the Browns was the biggest fan organization out of any professional sports team in the world.

So if you know what I'm talking about or have it, or know where I can pick up another one, I would be most greatful for any information you might have for me. Thank you.

stay away from bandeau tops or strapless. if you are anything like me, you will want something supportive that will give you great cleavage. halter tops are great for that, but since you don't like the way it feels, try a broader tank-top style or a racer back style. click the links below for a few suggestions. not sure if you are looking for a one or a two piece, though.

I am new at sims ambitions and it keeps saying that I could use a mood buff?

Buffs are focus altering effects because of situations or events that happened to the Sim. They are very similar to moodlets and act the same despite the fact that they relate to a Sim's focus instead of their mood. Like moodlets, buffs can be positive, negative or neutral as well as lasting for either a limited amount of time or indefinitley, though this kind of buff ends when the event or situation that gives the buff ends (for example, leaving a room that gives the buff "Decorated" will make the buff disappear).

Some buffs lead to another ("Moderately Injured" leads to "Minor Injured") but all other buffs are not mutually exclusive, so Sims can have different buffs at the same time.

How do you buff after polishing?

I bought some liquid brass/coper polish and followed the instructions, applying it to my front door fittings. Trouble is that when I used a soft cloth to buff it off the fittings seemed to be left with some sort of a 'blackish smear'. I can't think what I could have done wrong. Any ideas?

Try buffing the door fitting with toothpaste on a soft cloth. Any toothpaste is fine as long as it's the typical white toothpaste and not a gel-type. Toothpaste should remove the black smears.

After buffing with the toothpaste, buff with a different cloth doused with water. Then buff with yet a different cloth that is dry.

This should do it.

Some people think target is actually overpriced (clothing wise) but right now at my target there are swimsuits for 15 dollars a set (top and bottoms) jc penney has okay ones, my current one is from jc penney
Right now at abercrombie.com they have clearance ones for 10 dollars a peice (like, a top or a bottom. but not together. so 20 dollars a set) those are even cuter and trendier!
Old navy has very cheap and cute ones as well for 20 dollars a set.
Lastly, aeropostale's are 12 dollars a set.

yeah is common in Japan because the hair is dark and with lighter colour swimsuits and bikini's the hair is more likely to show through when the swimsuit or bikini is wet,

not sure if any other countries do this sort of stuff

Most large department stores will have a ladies clothing section and you can find swimsuits there, Also many sports clubs and gyms also sell swimsuits if the gym has a pool. No idea what they cost but i expect between 3-4,000 yen for a decent one. in Japan swimsuits are called "mizugi".

Just keep in mind that high waist clothing elongates the back unless you have a perky bottom to indicate where the back starts and stops. You don't need to have a big butt but a perky/fit bottom will work. Try batching suits that have ruffles or a ruffle skirt. It will add to your shape.

First one thousand years of bad karma, then there is the cleaning bill and finally the cops (even those not considered very bright) will catch you, race you through the courts, keep you in jail long enough for for half the prisoners to abuse you and then kindly separate your spirit from its earthly remains. Nah, bathing in virgin's blood will almost certainly not help you stay looking youthful - Countess Bathory was a bit of a looper in that respect - (but check out the movie 'Bathory' if it ever gets released here, it looks pretty good).

Best beauty ritual I can recommend is to moisturise. Moisturise, moisturise, moisturise and then moisturise some more.

Searching for a movie title?

Hi all, I cant remember the name of this movie I once saw a long time ago. It was like a post apocalyptic type movies. There was this man whose girlfriend is, well not real. She is a robot but man she looks real. She dress herself and makes dinner. Once they are making love in kitchen the electronic chip inside the robot girlfriend is shot and she is, well...dead. So this guy goes on a search to find same chip so he could bring his girl friend back from the dead. The world is full of chaos outside and a real girl helps him to go get the chip. they go through many dangers across many decaying cities. Ultimately, he falls in love with the real girl and abandon the robot.

Navy aviation rescue swimmer?

Is there a difference between the AIRR and the ARSS rescue swimmer schools? It seems like they are just labeled differently but are the same. What ive read says someone getting an awr/aws rating has to go thru the 7 week ARSS but the physical fitness guidelines don't look to be different than the AIRR swimmer program.... Is there a difference in the swimming school at all other than what ive read them labeled as?

it is an additional duty that aviation rates can do.

AIRR - is aviation rescue swimmer

There is just one swimmer school - ARSS


All aviation rescue swimmers are trained as either a AWS or AWR Rate

Swimmer school is 25 days long
Your Rates A school can be from 6 months to 10 months long

A majority of your time will be spent doing your rate, not as a rescue swimmer

swimmers generally have HUGE shoulders (which are a b****h if you're a girl) and fairly skinny legs. muscles are like deltoids, rhomboids, lats etc. also it helps if you're tall, but not necessary. also other people mentioned hairless. swimmers shave down before big meets, any other time of the year, you can tell a swimmer (at least a gir) by the amount of hair she has on her legs. real teams you aren't allowed to shave until the night before a big meet (i.e, junior olympics, natls, olympics etc.). the guys shave too, and you shave EVERYTHING legs,arms,back,armpits. sry there's no citations, i'm just giving you info from my experience.

I am 5'3 and I weigh 140lbs... Most of my weight is in my butt, and I have curves, but still... What should I wear that would compliment me?

Um depends -- I am about the same height and weight and it really depends how your body distrubutes its wieght.. It sounds like most of yours is in your butt -- most of mine is in my belly. I think if your comfortable exposing your belly a Monokini or Bikini would look the best -- also a high waisted Bikini could look really great, it will show off your curves, just make sure it hits at the small of your waist, or they look horrible. Also if you have a chest (I do) Monokini's can sometimes be cut unflatteringly because they don't give enough support. So really depends on how your body is shaped!

Well here is what is happening: Im almost death (or as cant hear) in the ear i think has it, Everytime i walk i here bouncing in my ear, Its itching.. Its hurting and i feel water in it, It pops when i lean side to side, I cant hear out of it, it has been 2 days, I have been swimming alot, My hearing is different in the other ear and my other ear has a small hole on the eardrum and it looks like my ear with the hole has better i mean waaaay better hearing, When i eat i feel something bounching or when im chewing.. Sometimes, the doctor may use a wick. Not the wick on a candle! This kind of wick is like a tiny sponge the doctor puts in your ear. The medicine goes into the sponge and it keeps the medicine in contact with the ear canal that's infected. The wick is removed after it has done its job.

Use the drops as long as your doctor tells you to, even if your ear starts feeling better. Stopping too soon can cause the infection to come back. If your ear hurts, the doctor may suggest that a parent give you a children's pain medication. This can help you feel better while you're waiting for the antibiotic to work.
