Why do celebrities starve themselves?

Q. i mean they got the money to get a great body through a personal trainer, expensive good tasting healthy food...yet they starve themselves to look like skeletons

Why?!

if i were rich i would take advantage and way more care of my body
but the media also criticizes them more often for being too thin

and they can be perfect and considered sexy if they tried doing it healthily

Because of the pressure to be a certain size in Hollywood. The media is also a big reason. They're constantly posting pictures of celebrities in their swimsuits and then criticizing their bodies.
