Alright, I'm on Chapter 3-2: Blooper's Ahoy
I got to the first saving block and saved, and went through a pipe.
I went by two blooper tentacles and some little mini whirlpool things...I guess they're vortexes. Now, I'm all the way on the right side of the place with a drawing:
'There's a drawing of posts on the wall. From left to right: up, down, down...'
Can someone tell me what to do here? I'M DESPARATE!! lol overdramatic, I know.

Don't worry about that, it is for a puzzle later.
If I recall, if you swim back enough you should see an opening to the top where you can walk on solid ground and a pipe (or door). Go to the right and enter the door. You are now in a room full of bloopers and cheep cheeps. Use bowser's fire breath ( or an item if you prefer) to defeat them all. This will trigger the appearance of a large chest. Open it and the pixl Thudley will join you. Now venture back to where that save block was and all those posts are. If you remember that diagram, make the posts match, and a door will appear. enter and keep swimming to the right, defeating enemies if you want, until you disturb big blooper and enter a mini-boss fight. Defeat him (remember the clue from 3-1) and swim all the way to the right and enter the pipe/door ( I forget) and the you are at the star block.
