slimming down for swinsuit season?

Q. I like my body. Just not my tummy. This thing is big and floppy. I'm kind of a lazy person and i have a bad back so sit ups dont work well for me. And i can't run because I have bad knees. (yeah i know). I really want to have a FLAT stomac and i have 3 weeks. PLEASE HELP!

Cut down on carbs! A high-protien and low carb diet is the best for losing belly fat. If I am going to be in a swim suit I cut back on carbs and my stomach gets perfectly flat. You will have to be pretty serious about it for a few weeks to lose the stomach but it will work. DONT go on a no-carb diet, your body needs some carbs, just be very careful with the portions-- only eat whole grains and only one serving every meal. All vegetables are ok (except potatoes and sweet potatoes), fruit is good in moderation (because sugars are carbs and count carrots as fruit because they are high in suga)r, cheese is ok to eat, just stay away from white bread, candy, rice, etc.

Here are some great suggestions for meals:

-A hamburger openfaced on one-half of a whole wheat bun.
-Whole wheat pasta with shrimp and bell peppers (only about a cup of spaghetti) and plenty of shrimp-- try it with store-bought pesto sauce yum. or chicken pasta
-A sandwich that has a lot of meat yet only one slice of whole wheat bread
-Eggs in the morning, bacon is fine
-Chicken breast, Roast beef, lobster, crab, ham, turkey
-fish and vegetables
-A sandwich wrap in whole wheat tortilla-- I love turkey and BLT. Add some Italian dressing powder mix to some cream cheese and spread that on the tortilla and add ham and/or salami, olives and/or peppers and mushrooms-- it is to die for!
-steak, chicken or pork with grilled veggies (zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, onions, tomato, etc with steak seasoning, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar yum)
Chef salad or any type of salad with chicken or meat on it, but use a vinigrette dressing they are low in carbs but ranch and such are not
Roasted chicken
Butternut squash soup
Salad wrap

Some sides/snacks:
Broccoli or cauliflower with cheese
Salad
low-carb yogurt
-cottage cheese and a little bit of fruit (sugars are carbs)
-cheese stick or spreadable cheese on vegetables
-an apple and cheese (its good) or an apple and peanut butter
-celery with cream cheese and salami wrapped around it
-spread that cream cheese/ Italian dressing mix on a whole grain tortilla and add bell peppers. Slice into little wheels and serve with salsa it is surprisingly good (but make sure to get some protein with it)
-Beef jerky
-trader Joes has fried vegetable chips that are so good-- they taste like potato chips only better if you are jonsing for chips

The point is that it is very easy to do, you don't have to starve yourself or cut out carbs completely, it is SO healthy for you and is the most effective way to get rid of a belly without exercise.
