70's or 80's movie where the mother is a robot or a mannequin, but has to have this chip thing to work. It ends with the father and daughter in a big warehouse in like a desert looking for their mother/wife and there are hundreds of people in plastic. can anyone help me?

I think it was made in 1990s. At the end the guy had to choose between the robot-wife and a real but annoying woman. He got the real woman and they escaped. If I remember correctly, the event took place in ruined Las Vegas.
Has anyone seen the movie? What is the title?
