how do you change into your swimsuit from your clothes, besides going into the bathroom, without using a towel, becasue it may look strange because you are not wet yet. (one piece)

I wear a XXL t-shirt, and I do all my changing under the t-shirt....works great!!

I am 20 years old,in great shape.I currently use a white square cut speedo.I like it,it's comfortable enough and i like the way it supports my penis.The problem is that almost always,when i go out from the pool,i catch people staring at my package, both male and female.My package is of normal size.I usually position it sideways but after the swimming it points up.Is that the reason why everyone stares?Should i react?I don't mind girls staring me,but i feel kinda weird when guys do the same.
PS, i am european so seeing a man in speedos is not something uncommon
