I've gained ugly fat around my waist, and I'm feeling so confident about myself.

I have a one month vacation that starts by the end of the month, so I decided to go get myself a dvd, and DENISE AUSTIN work out dvd's.

They seem very interesting, and we keep hearing "Denise Austin Worked for Me".

Soooooooooo I wanna make sure that if I commit to working out with Denise 3-5 times a week I'll see a BIG difference...

So i'm asking ALL OF YOU OUT THERE....

I love Denise Austins pilates!!! I did them 5 times a week b4 I got preggers and I will do them again when I have my baby in april! I saw results in like 10 workouts! She is the best! They are fun to do too! Good luck!
