If Sports Illustrated was a religious magazine, then the question would be valid. As it is, you are talking about mixing a secular (non-religious) concept into a religion that is protective of its women.
That doesn't work for me and so the answer, I would think, would be . . .
There are people who may have Islamic ties or live in Islamic countries who have no problems with secularistic magazines and issues like the SI Swimsuit edition.
But, like the faithfully strict of any religion, the faithful Muslim ignores such issues and considers it degrading to women.
These thoughts are from a Non-Muslim and as such, I may not know what I'm talking about.

Cleveland Browns Sports Illustrated issue?

Douglas G
I am looking for information on where to find, or possibly a link on the web as where to buy a Sports Illustrated back issue.
The one I am looking for is specific. This issue was a special Sports Illustrated Issue, dedicated to the Cleveland Browns only. I cant remember the year.. it had to be around 2000 or so. I lost it and have been unable to find another since. It talked about the organizations history and stated that the fan club of the Browns was the biggest fan organization out of any professional sports team in the world.
So if you know what I'm talking about or have it, or know where I can pick up another one, I would be most greatful for any information you might have for me. Thank you.
5 time Superbowl Champs. I did check ebay. and none of the issues were the one I am looking for. Those are _normal_ issues with cleveland browns stuff on the cover. This issue is a cleveland browns ONLY issue near the year 2000. maybe I didnt make that clear?

Sports Illustrated sells reprints of covers based on team relevance. Go to http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/football/nfl/teams/browns/ and you'll see the links in the far-right column.
Otherwise, you'd need to search E-bay or perhaps a garage sale for that specific issue. Sounds like it was a special suplement for the 1999 season when Cleveland got their new Browns franchise.
