You have a cute body, but I personally don't think that swimsuit is right for your body shape at all.

Maybe try something like that. I don't have very big breasts either, and swimsuits like that really work for girls with smaller breasts. Even something that just pulls up and ties around your neck so you can push up your breasts and make a little cleavage. That strapless almost looks like it's pushing your breasts down and making them flatter.
If you really want to look curvaceous, there's even push up and padded swimsuits, but I don't really think you need to go that far!
