When celebs have sex in movies...Do they really have sex? I mean like does the guy get to see boobs and stuff and does the girl get to see his....? Of course like if they do do they use condoms?

No. Many times they wear flesh colored swimsuits if they are under the covers. Other times, if they are VERY comfortable with their bodies, they will allow themselves to be filmed completely nude.
