Hawaii, October 2013?

Q. I'm going to Hawaii in October of next year and i'm a little overweight and I've never been able to wear a bikini, I really want to be able to show off my native curves and features, but well I really can't do that with being overweight. Could someone maybe give me tips and tricks on how to lose weight safely and quick? I'm looking to lose about 65 pounds.

Hey, welcome to Hawaii,ok? You know, first of all, no matta what you mite think, most people who live hea Hawaii not skinny people, ok? Now, you from mainland, so maybe you not know that most women and men who Hawaiian, or local who live hea not too worry bout how they look inna swimsuit, ok? And remember, we gotta saying hea Hawaii, real men not wanna skinny wife, they too bony, we like women who gotta little meat on they bones, maybe go back to times of hunter/gather/fish hea Hawaii, mobetta provider have fat wife and kidz, ok? So, while for you healthy life notta bad idea to trim down, I mean even I who an old, fat, ugly Hawaiian, lose little bit of weight, don't lose weight just so you think you look mobetta inna bikini,ok? Now, for me, to weight loss mean, more fruit and veggies, less poi, and less fry rice, less red meat, plus I run onna beach eva day, ok? So, just combo of eat less, exercise more, ok? Not say it easy to do, just easy to figure out, ok? I also, stop use sugar and salt, ok? By that I mean I not add sugar or salt to my food, ok? Also I cut out alla malasadas for several months, ok? Malasada come from portugese people who come hea many years ago, they a fried sweet bread, roll inna sugar, eat while still hot, and fresh from deep fat fry, ok? Mmm, finest kind, yeah? Now, non-salty food not taste as good, and I eat less, ok? More fruits and veggies, less meat and try to only eat red meat 1 day a week, ok? Chicken maybe 1, 2 times a week, and fresh fish offa grill rest of time, ok? Now eat it without added salt, not too tasty, so tend to eat less, yeah? But, gotta run with that too, so I do bout 1 to 2 mile a day maybe 5 time a week, and I feel mobetta, and knock down lotta weight, and avoid diabetes, so far at least, ok? Cause that a big problem hea Hawaii, cause we eat so much carbs like white rice, ok? So, also eat brown rice stead of white rice, drink lotta water, eat lotta fruit, and hey, it work for me, ok? But remember, only do for you self, not cause some body mite like the way you look inna swim suit, ok? Be happy with who you are, and Peace and aloha to you!
