just wondering. not only kim kardashian but her whole family. the kardashians DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Kim Kardashian's father, Robert Kardashian was OJ Simpson's lawyer. Kim Kardashian was best friends with Paris Hilton. Then Kim Kardashian made a sex tape with R&B singer Ray J which was released to the public. After that, Kim Kardashian and her family was given their own reality show on E! called Keeping Up With The Kardashians and due to the success of the show there are now a number of spin-offs, including Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami, Kourtney and Kim Take New York, and Khloé & Lamar.

However, besides from their reality shows the Kardashians don't do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! They don't have any REAL TALENT whatsoever.

Kim, however, seems to always think that the reason people don't like her is because people are Jealous of her. No doubt, something Kris Jenner has programmed her into thinking. Kim has probably had a lot of people dislike her all her life, due to the fact that she is one of the most selfish people I have ever seen, and I can imagine Kris saying, "Don't worry, kim, they're just jealous!" But, I digress back to my original question... is ANYONE jealous of Kim? If so, Why? There are plenty of rich people to be jealous of. Why pick one who is so morally bankrupt and lacking in any substance of character? I cant think of any reason why anyone would be jealous of her unless they are just as morally bankrupt as SHE is.

Yes Kim Kardashian probably do think people are actually jealous of her but honestly I don't think anyone is jealous of her simply due to the fact that she is nothing but a spoiled selfish brat who have no morals or values and who only cares about herself, so I highly doubt anyone is jealous of her. The only reason why anyone would be jealous of Kim Kardashian is because of her body but if you really think about it there's no reason to be jealous of Kim Kardashian's body because most of her body parts (especially her butt) is fake, so there's really no reason to be jealous of her body. Bottom line is that Kim Kardashian is nothing but a fame whore who only cares about getting money and attention to herself. She hasn't contribute to our planet in any way and she doesn't donate money to charity. Kim Kardashian doesn't give back to our community at all. All she knows is "Give Me! Give Me! Give Me!" She doesn't have any REAL talent whatsoever (in fact none of those Kardashians or Jenners do). The only talent Kim Kardashian has is f**king every guy she meets. No one respects Kim Kardashian and she doesn't respect herself either. Kim Kardashian got famous off of a sex tape and she has done Playboy, so clearly she doesn't have any respect for herself. Bottom line is that Kim Kardashian is nothing but a selfish spoiled brat who only cares about herself and no one is jealous of her.

Out of all of the Kardashians I would have to say that Khloe Kardashian is my favorite. She is so funny and down to earth and she seems really nice and sweet. However, there is something awkward about her marriage. Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom marriage kind of seems fake to me. I don't know. It just seems like they're only together for their reality show. It seems like she only with him for money or something. I don't know. I could be wrong but something just seems fishy about their marriage. I agree with you that Kourtney Kardashian is a great mother to her son Mason. However I do think she should stop having Mason on tv all the time. It's ok to have him in a few episodes but not in every single episode. Remember he is still a baby and should be able to enjoy his childhood in privacy. Just my opinion. I also think Kourtney Kardashian should leave Scott Disick alone completely. After he punched that mirror that should have been a wake up call to Kourtney to remove him out of her life but more importantly remove him out of Mason's life. Why would you want your child to grow up around that type of person? Is that the kind of example you want for your child? I understand that he is Mason father and all but he clearly has anger management issues and shouldn't be around children (father or no father). Just my opinion. As far as Kris Jenner (the mother) goes I have no respect for her at all. She is nothing but a drama queen and fame whore who is pimping out her daughters to the media. Not only is she pimping out all of her older daughters to the media she is also pimping out her younger daughters as well. Kris Jenner have raised all of her kids to have no respect and/or morals for themselves. They say "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree" well I guess that's true because Kris Jenner is a drama queen and fame whore and so are her kids. Bottom line is that the Kardashian family are nothing but drama queens and fame whore who will do anything for money and attention. I wish the Kardashian family would just go away for good.

the best looking suit is one that is correctly sized and fitted for your shape and size, regardless of the brand. Personally I prefer a three piece - I've found off the peg suits by Stafford at JC Penny are usually a reasonable quality and need little adjustments to make a good fit - the great thing about the department store suits is the mix and match, so even if you have disproportional body and legs, generally you can get a decent suit. Of course a tailored made to measure is likely going to be overall a better fit.

Heres where a Bling Pro Perk is most useful and i also use this

1st : Stealth Class
Mini Uzi w/ RDS and Silencer (stealth is upclose, mini uzi great for CQC, and silence to be invis)
Spas-12 w/ Grip and Silencer (when running out of ammo,spas 12 with grip and silencer)
Your Choice of Equipment
Flash Grenades (so You can flash them and spray there butts while they are blind)
Bling Pro Cold Blooded Pro Ninja Pro
( CB to not be seen by the uav and etc, ninja to be silent and stealth)

2nd: Light Machine Gun
Now you can use it for any LMG, because LMGS have alot of ammo but it kicks alot so you will need the grip for it to be accurate, and also the iron sights arent tht good except for the RPDs and so u wanna attach holo or RDS

3rd. Multiple challenges
Basically this part is where you have 2 attachemnts on your one particular gun, lets say i have scar-h with RDS and i want to get holo and also get the heartbeat sensor, so you bling with silencer and RDS to get your challenges faster ,you can do it with any gun btw

4th. Low ammo
scar-h and the FAL has low ammount of bullets so you wanna bling with extended mags and 2nd attachemnt of your choice

and those are just mine but i think theres alot more, but usually i dont really use bling much, i perfer scavenger/ sleight of hand. 2nd attachment aint all tht unless ur going for gun challenges

Bling Tack Making Help!?

Q. Hi all. I am trying to find some info on making the Bling tack. I was going to purchase it but... WOW! prices... lol. So I am looking into making my own. Im trying to find someone who knows what they are talking about and can tell me exactly what to buy and how to do it. (Thats not asking to much is it?!? haha). Please help. THANKS!

I agree, "Bling Tack" is expensive as hell, and it really shouldn't be. I do it mostly as a hobby, so I sell my stuff at the same mark up, which for bling gear ends up being a LOT cheaper than most guys.

That said, I make western tack, including the coveted bling stuff. My advice to you is this: if you don't already make tack, then you won't save any money making your own bling gear.

If you try to make it on the cheap, you'll either get cheap looking crap, and/or you'll spend a TON of extra time trying to make the wrong tools work for you. To properly make a headstall, you'll need a variety of knives, a strap cutter, an awl and needles or a stitcher, a punch set (or rotary punch), groovers, bevelers, burnishers, rivet setters, etc etc. Then you'll need quality leather and the bling, either concho's, buckles, or crystal rivets. You could easily spend $200 on getting the proper tools you'd need, so ONE headstall would cost you a lot to make. You CAN do it with less tools, but it's a hope and a prayer and a WHOLE lot of extra work to make it come out right.

Making horse tack is easy. Making quality horse tack isn't. If you insist on learning how, I'd be happy to help, just drop me a message. I can walk you through it step by step.

Speedo is a brand name. They make many different styles of suits, but when people use lower-case "s", (as in "speedo") they are usually referring to small swim briefs. America is currently in a phase where many people freak out at the concept of men in small swimsuits (although in other areas of the world it is no big deal).

"Swimsuit" can refer to any size or style of swim wear.

In the States, women are encouraged to wear bikinis, while men are supposed to cover up most of the lower half of their bodies. At some point, the pendulum will swing back, and men will wear smaller swimsuits. In the mean time, expect hysterical reactions at the mere mention of the word "speedo."

Bottom line: If you plan to swim laps, buy a briefs (aka "speedo"). If you plan to just play around the pool/beach, get swim trunks (aka "board shorts").

I want to buy my 4 month old a swimsuit but I cannot find them for her anywhere! She wears 3-6 months. I bought her a pool but the swimsuits are extinct... Does anyone have a swimsuit for theirs and where did you get it?
I have never seen the childrens place. I live in a semi-small town in NC. We have to travel like 30 minutes to get to a mall and stuff...
I have her a little hat and everything, sunscreen of course. She gets sunscreen everyday.

I also have her an umbrella that you use at the beach because we have taken her fishing a few times..

target has great swimsuits with spf 50 built in, also california baby sunscreen that can be used on all ages, not just over 6 months old, and spf 50 hats too. im sure they have teeny-tiny ones, because i just bought one for my 9 month old, and it was not the smallest one available. keep in mind that a larger size will probably also fit her, and she will grow so much in the next couple of months too, buying a bigger one wouldn't be a bad idea! also check L"one step ahead" catalog or online, they have great spf clothing.

Try department store bc they usually have a good mix of styles and a lot on sale. Some good online stores would be urbanoutfitters.com, delias.com, nordstrom.com, and victoriassecret.com, and bluefly.com. I posted a couple of my favorites that you'd probably like too from those stores. They're all one peices and tankinis bc i wasn't sure how conservative you were going for but the bikinis at urban are REALLY cute and there are alot on sale. Another really cute store with that has that vintage thing goin on is Anthropologie. Can swimsuits be airbrushed so that they are permanent?

I am assuming that you mean can a swimsuit that you wear be custom painted and then worn into the water, and not a swimsuit image painted directly onto your body. If the former is correct, then yes, it absolutely can. As an airbrush artist of over 30 yrs, I have done MANY. There are a couple things first: #1, the swimsuit MUST be at least 50% cotton, in order to be made permanent. Most all textile and fabric airbrush paints, (aquaflow, createx, etc) are a water based acrylic paint. The way it works, the garment is painted, then put into a heat press. The heat press evaporates all the water, leaving only the pigment embedded into the cotton fibers, not merely stuck on top. Once this is done, the garment can (but not necessarily required) be sprayed with an acrylic textile sealant. It can then be worn into any water, even chlorine laden pools. Wash the garment in COLD water and allow to drip dry. Hope this has helped

Core workouts and waist workouts anyone?

Hello everyone, does anybody have any workouts that work on the core. I mainly want to build the abs because i already lost the fat. Also, does anyone have workouts that target the waist that is my main problem. I want to lose waist fat because that looks ugly. Please reply as soon as possible nd thank you

To narrow your waist, you will have to burn fat around the middle and
on your sides. The only way to burn fat is to get your heart rate up
through cardio exercise. Jogging is an excellent cardio workout to
narrow the waist. When you jog, your entire core is engaged in the
workout, tightening and firming with each step. For cardio at home,
try jumping rope (which is even more effective than running).
Cardio exercise burn fat all over your body, and gives you a trim
look.
Then, you should target your waist area with specific exercises. You
need to perform exercises for upper abs, lower abs, obliques (these
are side muscles, to remove fat from the side of your waist) and lower
back.
These are the exercises that you will need to do:
forward crunches for upper abs, leg raises and seated leg tucks for
lower abs, side crunches for obliques (at home, use a broomstick,
placed on your neck, for more results), hyperextensions for lower back.
Your workout should be:
Forward Crunches - 4 sets to muscle failure
Leg Raises - 4 sets to muscle failure
Side Crunches - 4 sets to muscle failure
Seated Twists - 4 sets to muscle failure
Hyperextensions - 4 sets to muscle failure
Do not forget your diet. Eating bad fats, junk food, sugar, lead to
fat deposits on your waist. Unprocessed food, good fats, low fat
protein, fruit and vegetables will keep your waist narrow.

Tankini or One-Piece Swimsuit for Plus-Sized?

Q. So I'm finally on summer break. Yesterday, I was invited by a friend to her 16th birthday party next week. I planned on going but I'm in need of a new swimsuit and I'm going shopping this weekend.
I'm not entirely sure which type to choose though. I am a bigger girl, although I'm not huge. I am on the plus side though when it comes to shopping for clothes.
I have worn one pieces my whole life but I am growing tired of them. They are hard to get off when they're wet and sometimes hard to get on. I've never been able to find a one piece that exactly flatters my figure nor support my breasts. If anything, it flattens out my breasts.
I am considering buying a tankini this year because it seems to flatter the figure of a larger woman more but still with the coverage of a one piece. But I'm not sure how much better a tankini would be compared to just a one piece.
If I do get a tankini, I'm also curious and what type of bottoms I should get because I'm self conscious about my thighs. I've seen some that are like shorts, but not many.
If you wear either, why do you prefer that one rather than others? Can you give me some cons and pros of both? This will really help me decide what to get when I get to shopping for a swimsuit.

Look, I'm not going to give you a list of what swimwear suits your figure or what doesn't. However, I will tell you that I've been in your shoes. I hate my thighs, my body, my stomach. I've questioned myself and even my former bf on swimsuits that I felt were too pretty & flashy for my size. After comparing myself to girls in magazines & absorbing my bf's criticism I learned this..

Soceity has a fucked up view on "beauty". Honestly, the world could tell you that a one piece is better but at the end of the day if you want a Tankini, then you better get a Tankini and where that Tankini like a diva! I have seen women of all sizes wearing swimsuits of all sizes at the pool / beach. I've seen plus sized women in bikini's and skinny girls in one-pieces. It doesn't matter. I don't think they'd make something in your size if it wasn't meant for you to wear. How about you try on a few swimsuits, pick a cute one that you like & buy it. You said it yourself, you're growing tired of the "usual" so switch it up. You're young, I wish I had more confidence when I was your age. At 17 I remember wearing jeans to the beach.

It is hard to find good ONE PIECE suits for teens who don't wish (or who's parents don't wish for them) to show more than necessary to go enjoy themselves at the pool. Your best bet, is actual "sports" places (A&N, for example, but whatever you have in your area). The reason is, swimsuits in these places are designed for "swimming", not showing off cleavage, etc. The best swimsuits for swimming, are one pieces, that don't have tops to ride up while in the middle of swimming. There are really cute swimsuits in these shops (people who swim for sports don't want to look like grandma, either), almost, if not all of them, are one pieces, and I've no doubt you could find something to be happy with here. You might pay $40-80 for a swimsuit, vs the $20 at Walmart, but well worth it if it serves your purpose, and they're probably cheaper now as the season comes to a close (they are also made really well, and should hold up for her another year if it still fits next year).

No suit for hot weather will favor you in cold weather, you are asking too much. But to make some equilibrium here, if you find it, buy the light gray suit made of a mix of linen and some artificial fiber.
It would be better to buy a basic suit for hot weather, made of cotton or linen, or this two mixed, in a very light color, and get the dark black wool mix suit for winter. If you buy these in a classic cut, they will serve you for years.

To summarize what I copied for you below, a wobble interaction is the interaction formed between the third base of a tRNA codon between that tRNA molecule and a ribosome. As you probably know, there are 20 standard amino acids. These 20 standard amino acids are encoded by 61 codons, each codon containing 3 bases. If you look closely at a list of codons that encode for a single amino acid, you may notice that one amino acid is encoded by many codons, usually with the first 2 bases the same, and the third codon variable. This third codon is known as a wobble, and the bond formed between this third base on the tRNA and the ribosome is not as stable, thus its importance is diminished.

A wobble base pair is a G-U and I-U / I-A / I-C pair fundamental in RNA secondary structure. Its thermodynamic stability is comparable to that of the Watson–Crick base pair. Wobble base pairs are critical for the proper translation of the genetic code. The genetic code makes up for disparities in the number of amino acids (20) for codons (64), by using modified base pairs in the first base of the anti-codon. One important modified base is hypoxanthine (more commonly referred to by its nucleoside form, inosine), which can pair with three bases: uracil, adenine, and cytosine.

Another critical base pair is the G-U base pair, which allows uracil to pair with two bases: guanine and adenine.

The fact that there are 61 amino-acid-coding codons and about 45 tRNA molecules presented a problem; in 1966 Francis Crick proposed the Wobble hypothesis to account for this. He postulated that the 5' base on the anti-codon, which binds to the 3' base on the mRNA, was not as spatially confined as the other two bases, and could thus have non-standard base pairing.[1] This would account for there being 61 codons compared to only about 45 tRNA.

Commercial modeling is modeling for consumer products - the model you see in an ad for toothpast, cereal, allergy medicine, car tires, shampoo, etc is a commercial model

Most commercial models are booked through the same big agencies that do fashion - Ford, Elite, Wilhelmina, Next, Major, Supreme, MC2 etc

How much you make depends on the client, how long the ad will run, where the ad will run (locally, nationally or internationally), how famous/in demand you are, and how good a negotiator your agent is. It could be anything from $1000-10,000.

I know that an employee of Old Navy already replied that they would not return the suit because it is unsanitary...but I've worked in retail for many many years and this isn't true.

It is unsanitary for the store to re-sell your worn bathing suit, but because this seems like a quality issue, the manager should accept your return or at least give you store credit. (They will have to damage out the suit, but big chains like this absorb that cost with no problem at all)

If you are a teenager or younger, try having a parent come with you to speak to the manager about this. Even if you don't have the receipt or anything, ask to speak to the manager and make a fuss about the quality of the garment. If they refuse request a corporate customer service number to complain.

I'm tired of retail chains giving horrible customer service, especially when they make poor-quality clothes.

Hi I was thinking of ordering a bikini from beach bunny swimwear and I was hoping that anyone who have personally tried a swimsuit on from this brand could tell me how small they run? I'm a 34C/D and I wear like a size 3-5 in jeans.. Would I order like a large in top and bottom?

They're clothes run extremely small. I'm about the same size in jeans and have no butt so I normally order an XS in bikini bottoms and they are TINY.. I doubt someone with severe anorexia would say these fit.. Like girly things hanging out small.. So I'd recommend a small in bottoms and have always ordered a large in their tops. I'm a D cup and even when i was more of a C cup the medium ran too small. Don't worry. These swimsuits aren't made for bigger girls so even a large/XL run pretty small

First of all Jessica Simpson was always a decent singer when she first started out. But it is not surprising she couldn't keep her career afloat - she never had the success of Britney or Christina at the height of the whole 'bubblegum pop' thing. JS has had a string of mishaps (2 bad movies, a terrible album, a failed jeans company, a mildly successful shoe deal) and the main reason for this is simple: LOOKS CAN ONLY GET YOU SO FAR. She's a very pretty girl with mediocre talent and brainpower. She doesn't have the gall to manage a career as well as someone as say, Madonna who has looks, brains, and talent. To be extremely successful in the entertainment biz, one has to be smarter than the likes of Jessica Simpson -- by smart, I mean business smart, a decision maker instead of relying on others to tell her what her "gut" feelings are about her career. Her failed business ventures tell me she was relying way too much on her looks to keep her in the spotlight. It worked for a while but has now fizzled out.

News item out of Dallas: Terrell Owens of the Cowboys claims Quarterback Tony Romo is paying more attention to his girlfriend - Jessica - than he is to playing and that's why he had such a bad game last Sunday. And, TO says Jessica isn't exactly a favorite in Dallas when she shows up for the games. Poor Jessica! And isn't this the same woman who thought Chicken of the Sea Tuna was actually a kind of chicken? Say what you will about TO, but he might have a good point. Should Jessica stay at home so Romo can concentrate on football instead of on her?

TO may be the only one on the team to really speak the truth. I'm not a Dallas fan, but they were dealt a rotten hand when she showed up. Tony is getting paid the big bucks to deliver, this is his job, he doesn't need the distraction of Jessica Simpson in the stands.

What cracks me up about her being at the game and supporting her man was the fact that she didn't want to tolerate football when she was married.

I just can't understand the whole Jessica Simpson thing. Before any guy jumps in and says she's hot, fine...whatever. I am just wondering what she can bring to the table besides looks and money. If she really is as clueless as she portrays herself to be, then that has to get old after a certain amount of time. I hope she doesn't think dumbing herself down is cute.

Does anyone have information about swimwear manufacturer?

Im an assistant designer for a high end swimsuit company and im desperate need to find a manufacturer and sample maker. Manufacturer preferred out of the country and sample maker preferred in NYC. If you know anyone or information about this that would be great.

If you are looking for swimwear manufacturer then you are best to focus on South America or the Far East.

I have previouslyt bought swimwear from a firm in South East Asia, though it was a bulk order. They were called Latasia Company Limited in Thailand. They claim to specilise in swimwear and got me some good quality stock. However, there are hundreds of sources for swimwear so you should be able to find one no problem.

Be careful with your designs though. You need to find a reputable company that is not going to steal your designs and sell on to others. Lots of Asian factories will rip of your intellectual property. But it is part of the fashion world!

Adding padding to a swimsuit top ?

I just bought a new swimsuit , but I need more in the bust area . the top has a little bit of push-up but I need more , is there anyway I can add padding into the top ? thank you !

Some swimsuits come with light padding built in that is removable. If that is the case, you can buy more inserts to also put in that area since there is already a sewn in "pocket". If your swimsuit doesn't have a pocket, you can try sew-in pads. Braza is a good brand that I know of. All you have to do is stitch them into your swim top. Handsewing is pretty easy to do with these. Try searching Amazon for "sew in swimsuit pads" or somewhere else. You might be able to buy them at lingerie stores too.

I usually try to get a swimsuit with the pockets with removable padding and I put in bigger pads to get a little more lift. Good luck! :)

Triathlons: Changing out of swimsuits in public?

There are a number of pix on the Web showing guys changing from trunks to biking gear in public. Googling
triathlon "public changing" OR "public nudity" OR "naked in public"
finds over 9,000 hits, and among the first 100, all relevant cases either prohibit such behavior or specifically require changing inside tents or buildings. Which suggests that there is reason to state an explicit prohibition.
Given the above, my questions are: Did it use to be allowed for triathlon guys to change in public? Are there any races where it's still permitted, and/or where guys still do so anyway? Are the published bans regularly observed and/or enforced?
To [nameless]: It's not a stupid question, it's an ignorant one--that is, I've told you all I know and confessed ignorance as to more. And if you don't take it as a given that at least the questioner cares to know the answer, you will continue to earn 2 points without deserving them.

As of 1992, in any USAT Sanctioned event "indecent exposure" is a violation of the rules and will result in a time penalty per section 3.4 article n of the USAT Rules and Regulations. The waiver for a NON-USAT Sanctioned event will usually specify this as being against the rules as well. However, if it is not addressed directly in the race waiver or rules the athlete will abide by the laws governing the town/city/jurisdiction in which they are racing, including laws of indecency and exposure.

As far as I am aware, these laws have not always existed and are rarely enforced outside of USAT events mainly because so few people purposely violate them. With the advantages in clothing technology most athletes don't even change in transition anymore and that eliminated a lot of the cases of exposure that may have occured.

So, in conclusion, in a USAT Santioned event indecent exposure is illegal and has been since at least 1992. I have not come across any earlier sanctions. However, earlier legislation states that all athletes must obey the laws of the juristdiction in which the race takes place, thus any local indeceny laws would be enforced. Outside of USAT events local laws and rules of the race apply as well. Of course there are people who do not obey the rules or accidently expose themselves but it is not a common occurance. An article from ITU history of triathlon states, " In some of the earliest races, tents were provided for changing clothes. In the modern day, however, competition and pressure for time has led to the development of specialized triathlon clothing that is adequate for both swimming and cycling, meaning many racers' transitions consist of little more than removing goggles and pulling on a helmet and cycling shoes." So the tents seem to go way back with the sport.

If we think about this historically, triathlon originated in France in the 1920's and 30's and at that time there was no need to change clothes anyway because they would basically swim, bike and run in a one-piece athletic suit. The specialization of clothing that would lead to having to change came about in later years and made the tents unecessary.

From experience, I've never seen this rule enforced and I have only seen it broken accidently in transition. I have seen it stated on waivers of non-USAT canctioned events that all local laws must be followed.

How do you change into a swimsuit without showing anything?

Q. Hi, at my school we will be starting swimming soon and I do not want to show myself to everyone in the locker room! Neither do I want to wait in the agonizing line for the two bathroom stalls to change.
My locker is pretty far away from other people, though. So I'm not EXTREMELY worried. But I still do not want everyone to see everything.

I was thinking of changing underneath a night gown or towel....Does anyone have any tips?
I'm not a guy.

The following instructions use a towel to protect your modesty, and are for a one-piece swimsuit or a bra-/halter-top type bikini (won't work for tankinis/sports bra-type tops, since these have to be donned/doffed like a vest). The towel does not need to be huge--2 x 4 ft is more than big enough. I assume you will be starting fully dressed (helps if you're wearing a loose T-shirt) and assuming that you're not shy about people seeing you in your underwear:

Take off your shoes and socks.
Take off your skirt/pants.
Wrap a towel around your waist, above your hips, but under your shirt.
Reach under the towel, pull down your underwear, and step out of it.
Step into your swimsuit [or bikini bottom] and pull it up to your hips, and remove the towel.
Reach under your shirt and unhook your bra (if worn).
Pull your arms out of your shirt sleeves and slip the bra off your shoulders (this is why you need a loose shirt).
Reach down to the bunched/rolled swmsuit, and slip your arms into the straps, then pull the suit up under your shirt. [If you're wearing a bikini, then put on the top half as you would normally, but under the shirt]
Remove shirt.
Adjust swimsuit to sit comfortably (untwist straps, etc.).
And you're done.

To put your clothes back on, reverse the above steps with the following modifications, given that you will be wet from the pool/shower:

Dry off your head, shoulders and upper chest.
Slip the swimsuit straps[/bikini halter] off your shoulders[/neck].
Spread your towel across your shoulders, or wrap it around you directly under your armpits.
Reach under the towel and pull the upper half of your swimsuit down[/off].
Dry your chest and belly, then fasten your bra around you and lift it up into place under the towel.
Move your towel down to your waist and slip your arms into the bra straps.
Pull your shirt on.
Pull the lower half of your swimsuit down and off, and dry your lower half.
Pull up your underwear under the towel, and remove towel.
Pull up your skirt/pants.
Remove towel and dry your lower legs and feet.
Replace socks and shoes.
Roll up wet swimsuit in the damp towel.
And you're done.

Practise the above in private first (e.g. at home in front of the bedroom/bathoroom mirror), until you can do this without struggling.

Or just get over it. Trust me on this, everyone else is likely to be as self-conscious as you, and no-one wants to get caught staring.

EDIT: @KnickName. I use a similar technique when I go diving in conservative (e.g. Muslim) countries to get into (and out of) my wetsuit without exposing too much skin. It takes me about 5 mins (although admittedly I don't have to worry about a bra).

advise for beach fashion modeling?

Q. I'm 14 and I have a friend who is around the same age. He is VERY passionate when it comes to fashion and has actually released some of his clothing in local stores and is coming up with a website. Yay for him, but he wants me (along with some other girls our age) to model for him. I was super excited when he told me about this and agreed but i need some tips or something with the following; what the HECK i'm i supposed to do? Does anyone has suggestions on poses for modeling swimsuits and Cover-ups?

Try watching shows like Americas next top model and look at models in summer magazines to see how they pose to get some ideas then when you are modeling don't think to much and just have fun. When you feel good you look good.:)

Q. I'm 21 and only 5'0"-5'1" and I want to get into modeling, but I don't know where to start. (Besides making a porfolio). I'm afraid since I'm so short, no one will take me. (Just extra info, I'm in the Va Beach area.) Oh, I want to do real modeling, not things like lingerie!

Anyone can be a model, mesurements are flexable, as long as they have the right attitude and are happy with the work, and don't expect overnight success. If you are actually thinking about it here is some advise.

I have heard a lot of bad thing about SOME (not all) modelling agencies and how they make you pay for photos and photo sessions before they take you on then never give you any work. Always check with the local Better Business Bureau.

I think a better starting place before you go to agencies is if you have a friend who is reasonable with a camera (do not have to be a professional or even that good just okay) Just take 100 photos of yourself in different poses, clothing and backgrounds then pick out 10-20 nice photos. You can then use this as a portfolio, and even better instead of printing them which cost you money every time, host them on a website and get some business cards print with the website address on and just hand these out instead. This is a far cheaper way of doing it and with no RISK. You should never have to pay to get a job if you do there is a high chance it is a scam.

However if you would like a personal portfolio site please contact me and I will set you on up for free. I can design you a fully personalised flash website with as much or little information and then host it for you. This site can contain a gallery of your photos, personal information, list of work, contact details, etc or if you prefer just a couple of photos and nothing else. It can be password protected and all images will be protected as is humanly possible, or the photos can be available to download.
