'Hot' is used for someone who uses make-up to make them self look pretty. Hot is more of a 'Skank-ish' word for guys.
There is a MAJOR difference between 'Beautiful or pretty' and 'Hot'.

What is the difference from hot and classy hot? Is hot' more trashy?

hot is when you can tell the girl has been trying to look "hot" whereas classy hot its more natural and they just look hot its more like her being sexy. I would say classy hot for example would be a girl who looks hot without make up and minimum effort to look good.
